The Different Styles and Designs of Doors

There are many different designs and types of doors available in the world today, each of these styles have specific names depending on their purpose and features. These doors are traditionally put together by placing individual small pieces of glass carefully into place. French doors may also be designed using double pane glass for exterior use and may have decorative grilles embedded between the panes, though this styling may also be used with single pane French doors.

The last that will be described is the louvred door which consists of fixed or movable fins which allow for ventilation while preserving privacy and stopping light from entering through the entry way. These are usually used for interior purposes and commonly seen on closets and wardrobes where security is not really a great concern and proper ventilation is.
